This holiday Yoga Underground will have a special groove to its' flow!  Melody, Jordan  and Hannah Palmer lead a one-of-a-kind AEYOGICS class designed to get the best of both the yoga and the aerobics worlds!  Wear your brightest legwarmers and your biggest hair to this '80s flashback, music inspired, spirit-lifting party!  We'll burn some calories and then enjoy filling our emptied tanks together at our post-burn potluck after-party!
