Eagle Yoga returns to Tsada ~ Friday & Saturday, January 13 & 14
OPEN LETTER TO TSADA YOGA & DALLAS YOGA COMMUNITY FROM EAGLE:
Aloha Tsada and Dallas Yoga Community,
It is very exciting to return to a former home base of mine (during the 90's) of Dallas, Texas!
My return to Dallas comes after making 9 straight annual journeys to
Mysore, South India to root myself in the traditional practice, study
and lifestyle of Ashtanga Yoga. All in the tradition of yoga masters
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson Sri R. Sharath Jois (current
lineage director) of the KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Institute. (KPJAYI.org)
During these 4 WORKSHOP sessions being offered at TSADA YOGA (two
sessions on each day-Jan. 13 & 14), I will deliver the essence of
this extraordinary traditional method. We will have the chance to
experience, taste, break down and feel first hand what amazing healing
powers and growth of the 'gem of consciousness' consistant practice
offers. The WORKSHOP will support your understanding and joy of
practice itself.
This Tsada Yoga WORKSHOP event takes place shortly after I return from
my study in Mysore, India this year, so get ready for an inspired
experience!!!
I am looking forward to seeing the 'Dallas Family' once again...
Namaste,
Eagle
"There is no
age limit for the practice of yoga and it can be practiced by anyone —
by women, men, the weak, and by those who are sick or disabled."
— Yoga Master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India
"To learn how to
achieve concentration, the body first must be purified, and then mental
strength developed. The method for purifying and strengthening the body
is called asana. When the body is purified, the breath also becomes
