Join us for four lunch-time classes to discover your physical self.  In each class, we’ll explore a different kind of self-use.  Possibilities include freeing your core, moving from your pelvis, balance, hip opening, ease in head and neck movement.  Come to all or just one!

Awareness Through Movement (ATM®) is the group version of The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education®.   You'll be guided through a series of small movements aimed at improving function.  We all move in habitual ways.  ATM helps expand our movement choices and increase ease and pleasure.



Instructor Angela Alston, GCFP, MFA, trained in New York and Houston. She has studied a variety of movement forms, including yoga and dance, and is an award-winning maker of dance films. Angela teaches private lessons and group classes in the Dallas area.

What to wear:         Loose-fitting clothing. Bring an extra layer in case you get cool.
