WAKE UP, FLOW & GO YOGA (All Levels):
An energizing, fresh, oxygenated start to your day. A combo of hatha and vinyasa yoga helps strengthen, open and lengthen the body while calming and focusing the mind. Accessible to beginners and healthy for all levels.

TSADA FLOW FOR BEGINNERS (Beginners & All Levels):
Introduction to the fundamentals of hatha and vinyasa yoga and a thorough breakdown of the proper alignment and health benefits of each asana (pose/posture). With plenty of modifications provided, this is a user-friendly, safe program created primarily for beginners but open to yogis of all levels.


The ORIGINAL MULTI-SCULPT (Intermediate/Advanced):
Class targets traditional 'trouble' spots - thighs, glutes, abdomen and arms. Creates long, lean muscles and improves athletic performance. Intense ultra fat-burning. Triathletes, cyclists and other experienced athletes have already discovered this special training boost. Not for beginners.

RESTORATIVE YOGA (All Levels):
Calming, healing, therapeutic hatha yoga flow that restores your inner and outer balance.


SLOGA - (All Levels):
Realign, open, elongate and heal the body. Calm the mind. Enhance the spirit. Refresh, restore and renew. Tuesday nights and Thursday mornings are both 'singular sensations' and harmonious complements to Tsada's more yang offerings. Accessible to all levels.


TSADA FLOW FOR ALL LEVELS (All Levels):
Unwind, unkink and improve balance, flexibility, and poise. Multiple adjustment techniques help free the body, mind, and spirit. A great option for beginners to start and for all levels to enhance their practice.


The ORIGINAL YOGUA DAO (Intermediate/Advanced):
Ultra-dynamic yoga flow with fusion of other global health, healing and bodywork techniques (therapeutic yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Bua Gua, Kung Fu, etc). No beginners please. Athletes, dancers, martial artists and serious yoga practitioners welcome.


TAI CHI - BEGINNER FORM CLASS (All Levels):
Yang style Tai Chi Chaun Short instruction. Beginners and all levels welcome.


STR8-FLOW (All Levels):
Emphasis on 'THE FLOW'. Uptempo, flowing asanas with modifications provided. Each instructor teaches his/her own personal style of STR8-FLOW. Enjoy plenty of CHALLENGE & VARIETY! THESE CLASSES ROCK ~ you'll walk out with more BOUNCE TO THE OUNCE!

STR8-FLOW (Intermediate/Advanced):
Emphasis on 'THE FLOW'. This class is NOT for beginners. Minimal instruction. Up-tempo, flowing asanas. A hyper-effective way to get your yoga on - HIT IT & QUIT IT! Each one of our instructors will be teaching their own personal style of STR8-FLOW. Enjoy plenty of CHALLENGE & VARIETY! THESE CLASSES ROCK ~ you'll walk out with more BOUNCE TO THE OUNCE!


SUPER FLOW (All Levels):
Uptempo fusion yoga for fitness and healing. Accessible to yogis of all levels.

Requires a 3-month minimum commitment to your yoga practice. We place your credit card on file but you can choose to pay by check or cash prior to the 3rd of each month if you prefer.

*Full access, monthly memberships can be purchased at anytime during the month and will be valid for 30 days from date of first class taken. If you purchase on the 1st of a 31-day month, your package is valid for the full 31 days.

Tsada offers 10 SSOL community classes to residents at only $7 per class. 9 of these classes are 'all levels' and appropriate for beginners. 

*FYI ~ Monday's 'M-SCULPT' is intermediate/advanced.  It's physical and includes lots of calorie-burning!  Wear your athletic shoes, be prepared to sweat and take breaks when you need!
