Your pelvis is your power center. When your pelvis can move freely, your hip joints are freed, you’ll turn and bend more easily. Running and walking will be easier and more efficient.

Who benefits: yogis; athletes; anyone who would like to increase their movement pleasure.

Please be comfortable lying on your stomach or side. Wear several layers of loose-fitting clothing.

Cost:  $40 in advance     $50 at door if space is available

The Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education is based on physics, neuroscience and physiology. Instructor Angela Alston, GCFP, MFA, teaches group classes at several Dallas locations. She offers private lessons at her studio in the Park Cities. Angela has studied a variety of movement forms, including yoga and dance.
