Host your event at Tsada
In addition to its' 15 warm, soothing colors and beautiful natural
light, Tsada has a very positive and happy energy! Create
and host your own memorable event in our space. Classes,
lectures, photo shoots, birthdays, happy hours - parties and gatherings
of all kind - are welcome in our beautiful inviting space.
We are located on the 7th floor of South Side on Lamar (SSOL) - a
unique, urban loft community that has its' own fun amenities to
offer. Opening Bell Coffee Shop, Absinthe Lounge, Gilley's, Poor David's Pub,
the Palladium, Brooklyn Jazz Cafe, Cedars Social and other
nearby venues offer exciting after-event opportunities. SSOL also
offers guest lofts for overnight stays.
Full service kitchen available. Total studio - 2350 sq ft.
Open area for events (including kitchen) - approx. 1800 sq ft.
20 chairs available. Table and chair rental available at additional expense.
Tsada is located in a mixed use space. Some rules apply to noise
and late night hours. In addition, events with over 30 attendees
may require security at additional cost.

'SMALL' EVENTS
Not that we're calling your party 'small' ... it's just that you're
thinking that you need space for only 1 to 5 people or so....
Perhaps you'e looking to host a smaller, more intimate event,
such as a photo shoot or a private yoga or healing session?
We consider these events to be low maintenance on Tsada's part and they
do not typically include any additional service charges. Please
consider any personal set-up and break-down time in your calculations.

'MEDIUM' EVENTS
No we're not talking séance here as that would probably fit in the
'small' event category. Instead, you are interested in hosting a
mixer, a happy hour yoga session for your friends or co-workers, a
lecture or product demonstration?
Usually these types of events can be handled with the 20 chairs that
come with our studio space or with the yoga props (blankets, mats,
bolsters) that we already have available. If your 'happening'
requires special preparation of our space or table & chair
rentals you will likely be required to pay an addtional set-up/break
down fee.

'BIG' EVENTS
You're wanting super positive energy for your BIG EVENT!
Maybe it's a book signing, a baby shower, a fundraiser or a VIP
birthday party. These events often require special preparation of
our space and table & chair rentals. You will likely be
required to pay an additional service/set-up/breakdown fee depending on
what's needed. And if you expect more than 30 people to attend,
you may also need to hire a security officer for your event at your
expense. If so, we can help you with that if you need assistance.
